Ticket Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the purchase of spectator tickets to the London Ladies Cup through our online ticket page. They are separate from our general travel and tour terms, which apply to tour and tournament participants.

In these terms "we", "us" and "Holland Elite" mean Holland Elite Sports Agency BV. "You" means the person buying the ticket.

2. The event and your ticket

Your ticket gives one person admission to the London Ladies Cup at Epsom College, London, on 14 to 16 August 2026.

A Day Ticket admits you on the single day you selected (Friday, Saturday or Sunday).
A 3 Day Ticket admits you on all three days, 14 to 16 August 2026.

You receive your ticket by email as a QR code. Each QR code is valid for one entry and is scanned once at the entrance. Keep your ticket safe and do not share the QR code, as anyone who presents it first may be admitted in your place.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable tax and all mandatory charges. There are no hidden fees added later.

You can pay by:

Card, securely online through our payment provider Stripe. Your ticket is emailed once payment is confirmed.
Bank transfer to our account, using your order number as the reference. Your ticket is emailed once we receive the payment.
Cash at the venue. For safety reasons we do not keep change on site. Please bring the exact amount where possible. If you are unable to pay the exact amount, we refund the difference to your bank account by transfer, less any transaction costs, after you request it through the change form on the ticket page.

4. No right of withdrawal (important)

These tickets give access to a leisure event on fixed dates. Under article 6:230p under e of the Dutch Civil Code, which implements article 16(1)(l) of EU Directive 2011/83, and the equivalent rule in the United Kingdom, the statutory 14 day right of withdrawal does not apply to dated event tickets. Your purchase is therefore final and tickets are non refundable, except as set out in section 5.

5. Cancellation, changes and refunds

Because there is no cooling off period for dated event tickets, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded on request. The following exceptions apply:

If we cancel the event, you receive a full refund of the ticket price.
If we move the event to another date and you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a full refund of the ticket price.
Cash change that is due to you is refunded to the bank account you provide, less any transaction costs.

Refunds are made to the original payer, or to the bank account details you provide, within a reasonable time. This section does not affect your mandatory rights under the consumer law that applies to you.

6. Entry, conduct and safety

Entry is subject to the rules of the venue and the instructions of our staff and the venue staff. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who behaves in a way that is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive, without a refund. Please arrive in good time, as entry may be limited during matches for safety reasons.

7. Resale and misuse

Tickets are sold for personal use. You may not copy, resell for profit, or use a ticket for advertising or competitions without our written permission. A QR code that has already been scanned will not grant a second entry.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for delivering a valid ticket and for admission to the event as described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Your personal data

We process your personal data to sell and deliver your ticket and to handle any refund. How we do this, and who processes the data on our behalf, is explained in our Ticket Privacy Statement.

10. Complaints

If something is wrong, please contact us at info@hollandelite.com and we will do our best to resolve it. Consumers in the European Union can also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Applicable law

These terms and your purchase are governed by the law of the Netherlands. The competent court in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, has jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection of the country in which you live and to your right to bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence where the law allows.
