Ticket Privacy Statement
This statement explains how Holland Elite handles your personal data when you buy a spectator ticket to the London Ladies Cup. It sits alongside our general privacy policy on hollandelite.com and applies specifically to ticket purchases and refunds.

We only ask for what we need. Without your name and email we cannot issue your ticket. We do not use your data for marketing unless you separately opt in, and an IBAN is ordinary personal data, not a special category, but we treat it as sensitive financial data and protect it accordingly.
3. Who processes your data for us
We use a small number of trusted providers who act only on our instructions under a data processing agreement:
- Stripe processes card payments. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.
- Supabase hosts the database in which refund and change requests are stored.
- Our email provider delivers your ticket and order emails.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of our providers are based in, or use servers in, countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by an approved safeguard such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
- Order and payment records are kept for as long as we are legally required to keep our financial administration, which under Dutch law is seven years.
- Your IBAN, account holder name and any uploaded ticket image for a refund or change request are deleted once the refund is completed and any dispute period has passed.
6. How we protect your data
Data is stored securely with encryption in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people who need it, and refund uploads are kept in private storage. If a data breach were to create a risk to you, we would act in line with our legal duties, including notifying the supervisory authority where required.
7. Cookies
The ticket page uses only functional cookies that are needed to process your payment securely and to keep the page working. It does not use tracking or advertising cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required for it.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive a copy of the data you gave us. To exercise a right, email info@hollandelite.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
